It is with great honour and gratitude that I assume the office of President of the Jaffna Medical Association. I am privileged to serve an Association with a proud tradition of academic excellence, professional integrity, and service to the community.
Our theme for this year, “Excellence in Healthcare: Leading with Ethics and Delivering Safe, Quality Care,” reflects our commitment to ethical leadership, patient safety, and continuous professional development. Together, we will promote learning, research, collaboration, and community engagement while upholding the highest standards of medical practice. I invite all members to actively participate as we work together to strengthen healthcare and serve our community with compassion and excellence.
